Fluorescein-labeled Antibodies FITC

Fluorescein is a fluorochrome that has been widely used in fluorescent assays, and offers the advantage of high quantum yield when attached to protein. However, it has a few disadvantages, including a relatively high rate of photobleaching, pH sensitivity and a broad-spectrum range that limits its use in multiple labeling.

KPL reacts FITC of the highest quality with affinity purified antibodies. FITC protein conjugates are further purified for removal of unreacted FITC.
