Development and performance of formalin-damaged FFPE reference materials

FFPE reference materials that closely mimic the damage profile of cancer patient samples are difficult to design, manufacture and/or source. We have developed an FFPE manufacturing process for reference materials that produces patient-like formalin-damaged DNA as effective surrogates to cancer patient samples.
