Pooled Human Serum is an ideal negative diluent for assay development and manufacture. The pool represents hundreds of donors and provides a normalized population for matrix studies for optimal diluent selection. Human serum is obtained from FDA-licensed donation centers.

Each donation has been tested on FDA approved methods and found negative for:

• HBsAg
• Anti-HIV1/2
• Anti-HCV
• Syphilis
• HIV-1 RNA
• HCV RNA
• HBV DNA.

Our pooled human serum is ideal for use as a negative diluent in the preparation of calibrators and controls. Contains no anticoagulants or preservatives. Consistent lot-to-lot and continual supply.
