Affinity-purified polyclonal secondary antibody to rat IgG, both heavy and light chains (whole IgG), made in goat, and labeled with horseradish peroxidase. Product has been cross-adsorbed with mouse immunoglobulin to reduce cross-reactivity. Product is in lyophilized form. Each lot is tested to assure specificity and lot-to-lot consistency using an in-house ELISA assay.
