Affinity-purified, goat-derived antibody to fluorescein (FITC). This antibody has specifically been raised against FITC isomer 1. Antibody is highly specific to FITC with minimal (less than 2%) cross-reactivity observed.
As a polyclonal antibody, it binds to multiple epitopes on fluorescent proteins making it superior to monoclonals. It is designed for the detection of FITC in immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
