AccuSet™ HIV-1 Early Infection Performance Panel 0800-0638 is a 25-member validation panel of undiluted, naturally occurring plasma samples (1 vial per member, 1.0 mL per vial). Panel members represent bleeds from
individuals positive for HIV-1. Each sample represents a single collection event, and in most cases, serial bleeds from the same individual are provided in the panel. No preservatives were added.
Test results from commercially available HIV assays are included for characterization of the panel members, including HIV-1 RNA, antigen/antibody, p24 antigen, western blot, and confirmatory test methods.
