Seraseq Circulating Tumor DNA-I Mutation Mix Kit (AF5-WT) is a set of 9 mutations (single-nucleotide variants in addition to insertion/deletions), blended to a precise allele frequency ratio (from 5% down to 0.1% and wild-type), then fragmented and provided as a set of five vials at 5%, 1.2%, 0.6%, 0.1% and wild-type (WT) allele frequencies. Seraseq Circulating Tumor DNA-I Mutation Mix Kit (AF5-WT) features include:
- Mutations and wild-type allele are fragmented to an average size of 170 base-pairs
- GM24385 'wild-type' background yields no extraneous mutation artifacts
- Each vial (in the kit of 5) contains 300ng of fragmented DNA at 25ng/uL
