Becoming a Donor

• Donor must be in good health, have suitable veins and must be at least 18 years of age.
• Donor must weigh at least 110 lbs.
• Donor must not have had ear piercing, body piercing, tattoos or permanent make-up in the last 12 months (greater than 12 months is acceptable).
• Donor must have 2 pieces of identification. Photo I.D.; for example Driver License and proof of your Social Security Number.
• Donor must have proof of current local address within the last 60 days.
• You must be negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C & Syphilis.
• Donor will be reimbursed for his or her time. The amount of compensation depends on the program for which they qualify.
